Yes. Purity Pristine Services brings its own equipment and products to every job. Clients who prefer specific products, or who need fragrance-free or plant-based products because of allergies, children or pets, can ask for them and the preference is noted on file.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Purity Pristine Services LLC is a registered Colorado limited liability company and carries business insurance. A current certificate of insurance can be provided on request, which is worth asking for from any cleaner you let into your home or building.
What are your hours?
Purity Pristine Services works seven days a week, 8am to 5pm. Calls and texts to (970) 841-2851 in those hours are answered directly or returned the same day. Messages left outside those hours are answered the next morning. Commercial and janitorial work can be scheduled outside these hours by arrangement.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Recurring residential and commercial cleaning with Purity Pristine Services runs on an agreed schedule that either side can end with reasonable notice. One-time cleans such as deep cleans, move-outs and construction cleans are quoted and paid per job.
Do you clean short-term rentals?
Yes. Airbnb, VRBO and other short-term rental turnovers are a core service for Purity Pristine Services, especially in Steamboat Springs during ski season and summer. Turnovers are timed between check-out and check-in and include a full reset, a supply check and a damage report with photos.
How far in advance should I book?
