Construction cleaning
Purity Pristine Services provides post-construction cleaning for new builds, remodels and renovations in Steamboat Springs and Craig, Colorado. The work is done in stages, a rough clean after the trades finish and a final clean before handover, and removes drywall dust, adhesive and paint residue, sticker film and debris from every surface so the project can be shown, photographed or occupied.

Construction dust gets everywhere, and it keeps settling for days. A proper construction clean is done in passes, with the right equipment, so that when the owner walks in they see the finish and not the process.
What is included
- Rough clean: debris removed, surfaces wiped, floors swept and vacuumed with HEPA filtration
- Final clean: every surface, fixture, cabinet and closet cleaned inside and out
- Windows, frames, sills and tracks cleaned and stickers and film removed
- Paint, drywall, grout haze and adhesive residue removed where safe to do so

When should construction cleaning happen?
In two stages. A rough clean once the trades are done and before final fixtures and floors are exposed, then a final clean after the last work is complete and before the walkthrough. Purity Pristine Services can also return for a touch-up after punch list items are finished.
Do you work with contractors on a schedule?
Yes. Purity Pristine Services works with contractors in Steamboat Springs and Craig on project timelines and can be booked as a recurring trade for builders with several jobs a year. A site visit or a set of plans is enough to quote.
Do you remove construction debris?
Loose debris and packaging are collected and bagged as part of the rough clean. Haul-away of large quantities, pallets and building material is not included unless arranged in advance, and Purity Pristine Services will say so in the quote.
